Theresa Rodriguez Ryan helped me with my loan modification and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Due to the recent government shutdown I had a very difficult time getting the necessary paperwork from the IRS that I needed for my loan mod, which caused me to miss several deadlines. Theresa resubmitted my application and resent all paperwork several times, and since I was having a difficult time getting the required documents from the IRS, she took it upon herself to make all the persistent phone calls and do all the legwork needed to get what I needed to complete my trial. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t and couldn’t have gotten my loan modification without her. I was going to give up, but she was confident il would happen and she made it happen. She was able to get me a much better interest rate on my mortgage loan than I had been paying, and for that I’m truly grateful for all the work she put into my case, and I genuinely felt liked she cared because she kept in touch with me the entire process to keep me updated on her progress.
